NSW Builders Licence
Engage Construction Pty Ltd is a qualified and licensed Builder in New South Wales. You can verify our current licence on the Service NSW Public Register here. It's essential to complete a licence check before engaging with your builder to verify that they are licensed to do your building works.
Design and Building Practitioners Act
The Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 commenced on 1 July 2021 and has introduced new obligations for professionals working on Class 2 buildings. Engage Construction is a Registered Building Practitioner recognised under the Act.
The NSW Government has introduced these changes to restore confidence in the residential construction industry and make sure that apartments being built are trustworthy.
