Providing leading project management and construction solutions, with a focus on high end residential renovations, commercial fit out & refurbishment and remedial projects.

Nicholas Melick
PROJECT DIRECTOR
B Construction Management & Property (UNSW), Licensed Builder & Registered Building Practitioner
Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) coupled with a trade background in carpentry. Nick has over 15 years experience in construction, working on site in high-end boutique residential construction, commercial and retail fit-outs. He transitioned from being hands-on to site management, moving into Project Management where he honed his skills in contract administration, programming, scheduling, cost planning, and project delivery.
Nick's focus is on providing organisational leadership, construction management and driving the overall performance of the company.

Chloe Aston
OPERATIONS MANAGER
B Commerce HR Management (MQ)
Chloe joined Engage Construction in 2020 as Operations Manager. Known for her astute organisational management and innate ability in process and system implementation. Chloe is forward thinking and provides the implementation of the most current technology in order to streamline projects and the companies performance. With a strong background in Human Resources and the ability to manage effective allocation of time which improves efficiency, quality and safety across our project portfolio. Chloe enjoys being an enthusiastic member of Women in Design and Construction.
Chloe's focus is on providing personal development, strategic planning and corporate governance.

SITE MANAGER & CARPENTER
Dylan brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to Engage Construction, backed by his strong carpentry background and years of experience as a Site Manager with an Australia wide residential builder. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, Dylan ensures every project runs smoothly, from the ground up. His leadership on-site is the driving force behind delivering exceptional results for our clients, combining technical skill with a collaborative approach that keeps projects on track and teams motivated. With Dylan at the helm on site, you can trust your project is in capable, experienced hands.

Suzie Oukes
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
B Commerce (HR) AIPA AFA
Suzie completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a HR Major from the University of Wollongong in 2017. Along with additional qualifications in Psychology, HR, and Computer Programming, Suzie plays a pivotal role in the Accounts team at Engage Construction. She brings 12 years of experience in computer programming and 15 years as an HR consultant, where she has coached clients on Employee/Employer relationships and developed comprehensive HR tools and guides for diverse businesses in both Canada and Australia.
Suzie is committed to building strong relationships with customers and Engage Construction’s leadership team. -
Jess Isedale
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Jess is an integral member of the Accounts team. Previously, Jess gained valuable experience as a Project Coordinator with a residential builder in the Southern Highlands and now applies her expertise as a bookkeeper for Engage Construction.
In her role, Jess supports the Accounts team by recording transactions such as income and expenses, processing payments, and managing daily banking activities. With excellent time management and organisational skills, Jess plays a critical role in the data collection and input processes that drive the accuracy and efficiency of the business’s accounting cycle.
