Nicholas Melick
PROJECT DIRECTOR
B Construction Management & Property (UNSW), Licensed Builder & Registered Building Practitioner
Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and Property from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) coupled with a trade background in carpentry. Nick has over 15 years experience in construction, working on site in high-end boutique residential construction, commercial and retail fit-outs. He transitioned from being hands-on to site management, moving into Project Management where he honed his skills in contract administration, programming, scheduling, cost planning, and project delivery.
Nick's focus is on providing organisational leadership, construction management and driving the overall performance of the company.

Chloe joined Engage Construction in 2020 as Operations Manager. Known for her astute organisational management and innate ability in process and system implementation. Chloe is forward thinking and provides the implementation of the most current technology in order to streamline projects and the companies performance. With a strong background in Human Resources and the ability to manage effective allocation of time which improves efficiency, quality and safety across our project portfolio. Chloe enjoys being an enthusiastic member of Women in Design and Construction.
Chloe's focus is on providing personal development, strategic planning and corporate governance.

Dylan brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to Engage Construction, backed by his strong carpentry background and years of experience as a Site Manager with an Australia wide residential builder. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, Dylan ensures every project runs smoothly, from the ground up. His leadership on-site is the driving force behind delivering exceptional results for our clients, combining technical skill with a collaborative approach that keeps projects on track and teams motivated. With Dylan at the helm on site, you can trust your project is in capable, experienced hands.

Joining the Engage Construction team in February 2025, Matina brings a wealth of administrative expertise and a strong background in office management and project coordination. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, she is dedicated to streamlining operations, supporting project delivery, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Matina’s organisational skills, combined with her proactive approach, help keep projects on track while fostering a productive and well-structured workplace. Her commitment to excellence makes her a valuable asset to the Engage Construction team.
