2. Site Visit & Project Brief

We’ll meet you onsite to review your plans or help you shape them.
For remedial projects, we’ll also review any engineering reports or scopes of work provided.

3. Proposal & Scope

Depending on your project type, we offer two clear pathways:

For Custom Builds and Major Renovations:

We recommend engaging us early under a Preliminary Agreement.
This allows us to work alongside your design team, manage cost planning, and ensure your design stays aligned with your budget.

For Remedial or Tender Projects:

Where a detailed engineering scope already exists, we’ll provide a competitive proposal based on the provided documents — saving time and getting straight to construction.

4. Pre-Construction
