Design and Building Practitioners Act
The Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020, which came into effect on 1 July 2021, introduced a new regulatory framework to enhance accountability, transparency, and quality in the construction of Class 2 buildings. This legislation establishes stricter compliance requirements for designers, engineers, and builders, ensuring that all work meets the highest industry standards.
As a Registered Building Practitioner under the Act, Engage Construction is fully compliant with these new regulations.
